1: What Does On-Demand Home Services Mean?
The term “on-demand home services” can mean a lot of things to different people. For some, it references the handling of daily chores—things like cleaning services. For the LOWO team, on-demand home services is a reference to property build, repair, and maintenance services delivered quickly—usually within 30 minutes—after a Homeowner, Property Manager, or Builder places an request on their smartphone through the LOWO app.
These property maintenance services can take many forms—everything from repairing emergency problems to plumbing and electrical systems, to fixing doors and adding a quick shelf with on-demand handymen, to keeping up general property maintenance on HVAC units meant to prevent future issues.
2: How Do You Address Service Quality or Warranty Issues?
The LOWO app includes a built-in solution for reviewing the work completed by a Service Pro. If the services are excellent or lacking, Homeowners, Property Managers, Renters, and Builders can leave a review.
If a Service Pro selected cannot complete the work, or turns down the job, simply find another and send another request.
3: Will LOWO Provide Bids or Quotes for My Work Requests?
LOWO does not set prices for jobs. Every job is different and will require different skill sets, materials, and time.
4: How Many Pros Do You Have in Your Network?
We are in beta-launch in Los Angeles and Houston, so we’re building our network. As we continue our expansion into other cities, LOWO actively seeks skilled and reliable service pros in different fields, including electricians, plumbers, general contractors, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) specialists.
5: How Fast Can Your Pros Realistically Get to Job Sites?
What makes these services “on-demand” is that a Homeowner, Property Manager, Renter, or Builder can place an order for service using a smartphone app and expect to have a Service Pro there and working within the short drive-time of a service request being approved.
6: Can I Use My Current Property Maintenance Companies Through the App?
Yes! LOWO is constantly on boarding new Service Pros and we'd love your help getting your preferred partners on here too. They can register to become a LOWO Service Pro by downloading the app from the App store and Google Play and following the registration process.
