After the devastation of 2017 Hurricane Harvey in Houston, the founders of LOWO saw first-hand how difficult it was to get independent contractors and service professionals into their homes for small jobs. Yet, there were a lot of available contractors. Neighbors would pounce on any service provider active in the area.
That got us thinking: what if, on the way home or to the next job, service pros could pick up more work and make the first trip that much more impactful—both for nearby homeowners needing a job done, and for the service pro with less driving and downtime. We know that Homeownership is stressful enough. Finding a service pro, right now, shouldn't be. |
